Department of Economics and Business Management at UVAS arranged a study trip for their students of MBA (HR).  A group lead by their resource person visited the head office of Shapes fitness club at Gullberg and studies the HR functions of the organization. A thorough demo of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) was given to the students and they asked many practical questions to the top management of the organization to understand the gap between theory and practice. “this trip really helped me come out of Utopia and see the HR in real world” a student commented. All the students called this trip a “fruitful learning experience”.
